Shipping and Returns
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- IF YOU REQUIRE A RETURN, REFUND, OR WARRANTY CLAIM, BEGIN BY WRITING TO US HERE: firstname.lastname@example.org
- We will send you a secret link. That link will allow you to upload photos, add an explanation, and anything else necessary to resolve the issue.
- We will communicate with you through the "secret link" portal which allows us to send return labels, refunds, swaps, etc.
*Please don't take advantage of small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our country.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your product is damaged we will accept a return. We first require you to send a picture showing the damage. Upon our inspection we will let you know if it fits our criteria for a return. If approved, we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once we receive the damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Because of our production process, we currently do not offer refunds. Only under circumstances where we made a mistake will we consider making a refund. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

Please include in the return box your order number and the reson for the return so that the return can be properly applied to your account.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged prodcut to reach you may vary.
Please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.
